We’re excited to open an opportunity for a Regional Team Lead—a key role focused on supporting and elevating our frontline service teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys being a technical resource, problem-solver, and collaborator. You’ll help improve service delivery, strengthen partner outcomes, and foster a culture of communication and continuous improvement.
🧠 What You'll Do
Provide Technical Guidance:
Offer hands-on support to regional teams, assisting with troubleshooting, best practices, and technical decision-making.
Support Escalations:
Serve as an escalation point for technical issues and assist in resolving support tickets in line with SLAs.
Optimize Service Delivery:
Monitor operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience.
Strengthen Partner Relationships:
Build and maintain strong technical relationships with partners, serving as a trusted point of contact for issues and insights.
Promote Operational Standards:
Support adherence to safety, regulatory requirements, and company best practices.
Enhance Technical Capability:
Help deliver training, contribute to documentation, and stay current on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Support Team Development :
Provide informal mentorship and day-to-day technical support to junior team members without direct management responsibility.
🎯 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, leadership, or systems-related field
- 2+ years in a technical or engineering support role
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools, software, and systems
- Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and security protocols
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows (SLA and time-to-resolution fundamentals)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $71,000–$81,000
This reflects our good faith estimate based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
