💵 Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 base salary

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic IT Triage Specialist to be the first line of support for our users experiencing technical issues. This entry-level role is critical to keeping our IT operations running smoothly. You’ll be prioritizing support requests, gathering key details, and ensuring each issue gets routed to the right team—all while delivering a world-class support experience.
🧠 What You'll Do
Respond to incoming IT support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
Quickly assess issue urgency and impact to prioritize accordingly
Gather clear, detailed information to help technical teams resolve issues efficiently
Create, update, and manage support tickets, ensuring documentation is thorough and accurate
Keep users informed on ticket progress and resolution timelines
Reset passwords and manage account creation/termination
Identify trends in support requests to recommend process improvements
Maintain and update internal documentation and knowledge base articles
Provide empathetic and effective customer service during each interaction
🎯 What You Bring
0–2 years of experience in IT support or customer service
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or IT certification a plus!)
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
Curiosity, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping people
Familiarity with basic IT systems, software, and hardware concepts
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $40,000–$50,000
This reflects our good faith estimate of the base salary range for this position, based on market data and internal equity. Final compensation will be determined by experience and qualifications.
